It is listed on the Alternative Investment Market of London Stock Exchange ("AIM").
As at 2 December 2014, the company's issued share capital comprises 85,808,604 ordinary shares of 5p each excluding 12,810,519 shares held by as treasury. All shares carry voting rights and are free of any restrictions on transferability. As for as Congar is aware, approximately 9.0 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital is not in public hands.
