We are a property investment company based in Brighton, and specialise in the procurement and sustainable development of properties in the South East, targeting the mid to upper sectors of the market.
Within the company we have a combined twenty five years experience of successful property investment and hold a sizeable portfolio of properties that are currently rented out. We have completed numerous prestigious projects, including the refurbishment and conversion of a bank in Surrey, the refurbishment of several listed period properties in the Brighton area and a vast array of projects in London and the Home Counties. Our core target area is Brighton & Hove but we are also looking to 'cherry pick' property hotspots throughout the rest of Sussex and Surrey.
