Specialists in property investment since 2005, Hopwood House was formed as a merger between two of the UK's leading property investment companies, Pure Property Overseas Limited and The Overseas Investor. Two rapidly expanding companies with exceptional reputations within the property investment sector.
Although we are based in the UK, our global network of agents enables us to offer a truely global perspective on property investment and our portfolio consists of thousands of properties in destinations including the UK, Spain, Italy, Thailand, the US, Egypt, Cyprus and many others.
We are passionate about the student property market, and feel it has a genuine claim to be an integral part of an investment property portfolio.
We work hard to bring our clients the most accurate and up to date information on each project we offer. This includes aftersales, bringing you regular updates on the progress of your development.
Our location in Manchester allows us quick and easy access to the developments we offer. We don’t rely on others, we regularly go and visit the developments we sell.
