Hearthstone is a specialist residential property fund manager. We provide collective investment opportunities in residential for a range of investors, from individuals with ISAs and SIPPs to corporate and local government pension schemes.
UK investors have a long-established interest in the sector, with over £160 billion3 invested in the buy-to-let market, but until now it has not been available for investment via an authorised fund. Investors were previously limited to buying property directly or investing in small, unregulated funds, both of which carry substantial risks.
