John has been involved within the property industry since the early '80's and has seen the boom and bust years several times. He has a pragmatic approach to property investment to ensure clients' financial security.
In 1990 Sally Lawson set-up, built, and today still runs one of the most successful independent Letting agencies in the West Midlands. Today her company, Lawsons, manages over £127million worth of property, and over those 20 years has managed more than 5,600 properties with an estimated market value of £1.1billion.
As an ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) Media Spokesperson, Members' Advisory Forum Representative, and ARLA Level 2 Qualified Lettings professional, Sally has more recently embarked on sharing her profound wealth of Lettings and Portfolio Management knowledge, experience, and expertise with investor landlords, right across the entire residential buy-to-let spectrum.
