Great Central Developments Ltd was founded in 1990. Based in Sheffield, the Great Central Developments group including its subsidiary company, Ravent Ltd, operate in the complementary businesses of property development and property investment throughout the UK. The group remains privately-owned.
Great Central Developments actively seeks new development opportunities. Our philosophy is to consider all prospective development sites and carefully select those where we believe we can add value. As a private company, we have few constraints and can move quickly.
We have developed both brownfield and city centre sites and worked in partnership with landowners, investment funds & institutions and other private property companies.
