We rapidly grew into one of the best performing property investment companies sourcing in the region of £200,000,000 worth of UK property investment for our clients. In 2006 we expanded into overseas property, offering our investors some fantastic opportunities worldwide. Also in 2006 we completed our first "bulk opportunity". A small block of apartments in Salford. This lead to us sourcing and completing on many more bulk opportunities over the years, we currently have offers out on over £55,000,0000 worth of UK new build property.
We listen to our investors so if enough of you request a certain product, we generally will do our best to offer it. Following this we offered our first "alternative investment" in 2008. Forestry was voted the best asset class of 2007 by the IPD index and has continually seen an IRR (investment rate of return) of around 25%.
