About the Business
We are a property investment and management business, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our core business is acting as fund manager to Custodian REIT plc although we also manage properties on behalf of pension schemes and private clients.
In addition to property management Custodian Capital Limited can offer property related investments and a flexible, tax efficient structure for SIPP, SSAS and private investors to own commercial property.
Over the last 13 years, we have developed and managed a nationwide property portfolio within excess of 100 properties, an aggregate value of £200 million. Whilst operating independently, Custodian Capital Limited is part of the AIM-listed Mattioli Woods Group.
