About the Business
The business develops and invests across all sectors of the property market. Indeed, both in town and out of town retail stores, distribution units, offices and development sites all feature in the ever changing portfolio of the company. We try to maintain close contact with property occupiers, a discipline which is increasingly important in today's property market.
Being both a property investor and developer primarily in the North West of England, Barlows has a strong appreciation of occupiers' requirements. This equips us well for our asset management role on behalf of institutional investors.
