Ashkirk offers a comprehensive asset management service to clients with existing commercial property assets or portfolios. We aim to maximise returns and our expertise includes: advice on refurbishment and re-configuration, review of planning alternatives, negotiation of leases, lease re-gears and lease surrenders, reduction of outgoings, monitoring of capital expenditure and the assessment of development opportunities.
Asset management plans are subject to constant review with an emphasis on regular reporting to clients.
